Problem: There are actually countries that do not use the yellow light as a warning signal for people to prepare leave a traffic light.
Why would you not gain a second or two each time traffic lights allow people to continue their journey?
A simple measure that will allow the traffic flow to speed up.
Solution: Please use the yellow light!
