Dangerous thick coats

Problem:

Common sense dictates that driving with a thick coat doesn't improve one's abilities when reacting swiftly in an emergency traffic situation.

The German ADAC now officially did the research and the problem is larger due to the fact that thick cloths allow safety belts to deeply cut into ones body causing all kinds of damages to the Intestines, liver or spleen as well as severe internal bleeding.

Solution: Although it is a relative minor problem as common sense dictates that already now people will undress for longer journeys, the majority of accidents happen within the city boundaries. It is for this reason that drivers should not be allowed to wear thick layers of cloths anymore.
