Everybody is probably familiar with a situation where something s driving towards you can't make out what it is. It could be anything from a motorbike, a car with one light malfunctioning, a pedestrian holding a light or a bicycle. Only very close by one can actually distinguish it but by that time it is probably too late to react to any unexpected situation.
